Hello again, so some updates and a good update to the more correct pants layout as seen for the Supercommandos, and Hark. This pattern was crazy hard to do, so glad to share it, as it is the most accurate put together as to the show suit, and fits well.
For reference, I am 6'3", 32" waist, 47" long legs from waist to floor, so these are custom shaped to my legs. You will need to modify and proportion correctly to whomever you are making for.
Left front/back lower:

This one will be a template and once you have the template sewn together, the real will be once piece of fabric.
Each piece is: 20.5" length top to bottom.
9.5" curved top
6" curved bottom
Template sewn together on outside, so final piece will only have seem on inside of calf.
Right front/back lower:

This one will be a template and once you have the template sewn together, the real will be once piece of fabric.
Each piece is: 20.5" length top to bottom.
9.5" curved top
6" curved bottom
Template sewn together on outside, so final piece will only have seem on inside of calf.
Starts to get complicated here, but still templates.
Left front/back upper:

Front: 7.75" curved top
10 " slanted top side
3" to curve then 14" length
5.25" bottom
Back: 4.5" top
13" slant to butt
12.5" curve length to bottom
3.75" bottom
Template you will join in the middle so final piece will be one piece that will attach to the other leg pieces later on.
Right front/back upper:

Front: 7.75" curved top
10 " slanted top side
3" to curve then 14" length
5.25" bottom
Back: 4.5" top
13" slant to butt
12.5" curve length to bottom
3.75" bottom
Template you will join in the middle so final piece will be one piece that will attach to the other leg pieces later on.
Cod:
These measurements are the full piece already, so if you want to adjust for sizing, do a half mock, then double.

9" top
14.5" total length with constant taper to tip
1.5" rounded tip
Butt:
These measurements are the full piece already, so if you want to adjust for sizing, do a half mock, then double.

11" top
11" tapered length
5" bottom
And the hardest piece of the pants because that's the way the wanted to draw them......
*Key inner thigh connecting piece*
This one is the hardest as you will want it in 4 pieces initially then bring it down to 1.5 -2 pieces before doing the final end piece.

First each piece:
5" top to connecting butt piece
13" length tapered
6" bottom to have space for the extension piece to add
You will mirror this and then sew together in the middle/short end.
Then a 1.5" extension piece, cut to the length of the "inside"/"bottom" of that piece, as it would attach to the butt. This will then be mirrored and sewn together.

Lastly, you will overlap about 1/4" and sew only one side of that extension piece to the main piece, so it will act like it is "standing" if you were to lay that main piece flush to the ground, as this extension piece is what will join the inner side of the upper leg piece and the cod together, to complete the pants.
Then you are done!!!!!..... with the very awkward, very weird looking pants.
To note, we will trim it down, as there is about 1" extra at the top, but glad we had it to play with in case.
