With the main body armor done, it's time to move on to the other pieces.
After a bit, I decided on a design for the shoulder armor. After a bit of cutting and shaping I got he base shape set:

I then drilled some holes for the Chicago screws that will be hidden under the trauma plating:

Next was to mock up the trauma plating for the shoulders:

Once I got a look I was happy with, it was time for shaping and gluing, followed by some spot putty to the gaps:

Next was the shnees and boot armor. I decided that these would be mounted to the tall boots I will be using with the kit. As a result, I needed to make them fit the boots so the plates, and the boots, could be removed.
First was scaling the shnees to fit the boots:

Next was making sure they fit where I needed them to:

Then it was time to add some plating. There is a layer of 6mm around the inside cuff that will set on the top of the boot cuff. There is an additional 6mm plate on the outside of the knee section which overlaps the inner plate. It should (hopefully) make it so that I can kneel on it, in an emergency situation:

Next comes the trauma/detail plating for the shnees and the thigh plates. Gauntlets are being designed and then will need to be printed. So the armor is pretty much done! Just have to finish getting the soft parts squared away, and it's ready for paint, pics, and approval!
