what to put in a mando helmet?

what is the best thing to put inside a Mandalorian helmet to allow you to wear it all day, even if the helmet is made out of 16 gauge sheet metal?

any suggestions will be helpful and it will be nice if I can get the item off of Amazon

You're gonna need fans. 5v fans will run off of a power bank. I also highly recommend the velleman super ear kit. It does require assembly (soldering) buy it works great for the money and will let you hear more than just your fans running.
