Q - Can I put this canon sigil on my custom costume
A - a full list of sigils has been posted for any officer to see

Q - Is Din Djarin's, Paz Viszla's, or the Armorer’s, helmet approvable on a custom kit?
A - Din Djarin's and Paz Viszla's helmets are both approvable on custom kits. The Armorer’s is restricted to her costume at this time however
Q - Can I put the mudhorn sigil on my custom costume?
A - No. The Armorer explicitly states that they are a clan of two. The Mandalorian and the Yod’ika.
Q-Are flack vests allowed to have sleeves?
A - Yes the vest is allowed to have sleeves, however, the sleeve must end above mid bicep.
Q - Can a flack vest or flightsuit have multiple colors?
A - Yes. Vests and flightsuits can have panels of solid color. In the case of flightsuits, they must still appear to be one piece, so you cannot, for example, have a grey top and a black bottom. You can however have black elbow patches on a grey flightsuit, or Corellian Bloodstripes so long as the run all the way up your flightsuit.
Q - Can I make a Canon kit of Din Djarin or Paz Vizla without a CRL published?
A - Yes you can make any canon kit even if there is no CRL published. Build the kit to photo references. You will want to keep a detailed WIP and back up everything decision with a photo reference.
Q - Where are the CRLs for custom costumes based on The Mandalorian TV show?
A - all CRLs are published here:
http://mandalorianmercs.org/get-involved/costume-requirements/Q - can Bo Katan's and Akoska Reeves's armor be used on custom modern or PI kits?
A - Bo and Akoska's armor can be used on custom Post Imperial kits. It cannot be used on modern era kits.
Q - can I use EVA foamto build my costume?
A - No. You can however put fiberglass and resin (just resin is not sufficient) over the top of the eva, and then either remove the EVA or if you have completely covered all visible foam (including edges) leave it. However this method is not recommended as it is much more costly, time consuming, and technically difficult than cutting and shaping expanded closed cell PVC board (more commonly known as Sintra).
Q - Can I use PLA, PLA+, or ABS as a building material?
A - Yes. Standard 3D printing materials as listed above are approved for armor and weapon construction. Please ensure that when you do decide to print an item for your approved kit, that the printlines are sanded smooth or otherwise removed before painting.
