The Armour will be made from Sintra, and maybe some fiberglass too. Gauntlets May be 3D printed, as well as the Blasters.

I have updated several templates to version  2.0 which are the green parts. The white is still version 1.0
The version two parts look much better.
I used two different belts to use the space that would be taken by the two 2 inch belts the costume calls for.

** I removed the pictures from this update as the armour parts are the same as the May 12th update. Minus the back armour **

What a way to spend May the Fourth!

First, I'm excited to see this build.

Second, are you planning on the dark saber too? (Please say yes) And second part to that question, which era of Bo Katan? (Her markings change).

Third, (same as the first), so excited for this build! 

Fourth, the plates look well placed! Like the spacing looks good for someone doing this by themself, (usually they move/shift when placing, then posing for the photo). You're a natural!

As mentioned in the first post, this is the Season 5-7 of Clone Wars Version. 🤣  while the Dark Saber is very tempting, as I have made from scratch Aluminum hilt lightsabers, and recently made two more lightsabers for another costume (TCSS parts). I was not sure I wanted to make another one right now. But that said, I could always think about it.. 😉 Also, several parts of the Bo Katan armour in Rebels is completely different from the Clone Wars.

Thanks, behold the power of velcro. 😜 at first I tried masking tape.. that went horribly wrong as they fell off.

So, I think for the boot armour. I many use fiberglass . And cast them over the actual boots I will wear.. which means I will have to get the footwear first. At least this will ensure a good fit.  I think most of the templates are good enough to be cut from Sintra. The knee templates may need a V2. But not sure yet.
