I've had this armor set for like 4 years now. I might as well work on it. However the helmet is way too small! Any tips on how I could fix this

I'm by no means an expert, but you could cut it in half and use bondo and sintra to bridge the gaps and make it closer to your size; and, if that's not enough, you could make a resin cast afterward so it'll be your size and sturdy.
