Hello Im currently working on a Beskar version of The Mandalorian. I will show you my progress thru my build and see where it can take me. I am very interested in joinig the mercs guys. I received some feedback from my local Ruus’alor Solyc but it will be very helpful if you guys give me some feedback as well. I still debating whether which type of weathering I have to use. Chapter 6,7 or 8. If I use 8 I have to copy that weathering, if I stay with 7 I have to remove the signet. Any help will be welcomed!

First I sanded with 320,500, 800, 1000, and polished with 3000 this bucket from Villanous props. I primed with Transtar filler and glossed black the helmet. Then I used 2k Clear coat before applying airbrushed. I used ALCLAD 107 chrome to the whole armor. I used the same procedure for all parts.

I used this files from Great Ape Studios since I considered these are the most acurate files out there.

For the shin guard I used the same sanding and polishing method. But i Sealed the front shells on the left side of the shin since this piece is a 2 part price left and right. I glued them with urethane rubber. I painted the, in various coats. First red, then brown tones, yellow and made the weathering.

For the fligth suit I got it in custom order with a local sewer. The flight suit is quite good. I may replace it for another suit that is coming form Gwabo Butt, a sewer form Afghanistan which 101% acurate. But in the meantime im using this one.

I placed the armor with velcro. The cape was made from wooden stool from Custom Capes at Etsy. Very well made. As for the belt I made a custom order with Daniel Sines form Sines Industries. And the left rigth leg armor was from Cosmic Workshop. Boots were from Giovanni Rodriguez.

For the rigth gauntlet I placed some madalore letters to make an effect of having a functional electronic until I decide to put real electronics on them. I am waiting to print a new model from Great Ape Studios which are more accurate these. These are from DO3D. They are good but need to be revised in terms of acuracy.

These is one of my first test fits...

LETS HEAD TO THE WEAPONS!
For the Blaster I did a 3D print which was quite good. Same method of sanding I mentioned earlier and did the weathering with brushes usint metallic paints. Same with the Pulse Rifle....

And I did test fit phohtoshoot... FUN PART!!!

Still a lot of work to do. The belt needs a pouch and the bomb holder with three bombs. Im plannig to add them next week. Stay tuned for more. Acuracy on this project is a must to me. Thank you for watching. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SEND ME SOME FEEDBACK. SUGESTIONS ARE VERY VERY VERY WELCOMED! MY RUUS'ALOR SOLYC gave me some feedback but I need your feedback positive or negative as well. THANK YOU!
