I'm getting kind of stuck on my order of operations. I have a flight suit (still needing slight modifications) and a flak vest, boots, and a helmet. I'm aiming for a pilot build and have my hose due to arrive on Fri/Saturday. Once that comes in I'm aiming to finish my helmet. After that I'm stuck, should I do my armor plates and chest box next or should I do my ejection harness? I hesitate to do the ejection harness before my plates so I can compensate for size, but if I do my harness first I can get an idea of where weathering needs to be when I finish my plates. I am planning on gaiters that I can mount my shin plates to and I think that's why I'm stuck, I know I need to build the gaiters before the armor, but if I'm ordering Sintra for my shins should I do all the armor at the same time, or do little bits of soft vs hard at the same time? Should I build the chest box before my harness or after? Should I go full harness or just belt and leg straps? If I do a full harness I want to hang my holster from my harness like a shoulder holster and hang my chest box from the shoulder straps, if I do a belt and leg straps I would go with a drop leg style holster. I know what I want to do, I just don't know how to get there.
