Hey all, I’m starting to draft my flak vest (im a little chesty, and a sewer so home tailored will probably work best) . Since I am probably going to go the scrubs route  for my flight suit, I need to have the neck seal, does it benefit to have it as part of a single piece on my flak vest or should I have it as it’s own piece?

I went for the one piece option and like how it turned out. I did a real tall collar on my flak vest, put a hidden zip up the back, and use a key lanyard to self-zip (a la wetsuit/LBD).
