Bo Katan/Nite Owl Capes

Hi everyone! I wanted to inquire if anyone has toyed with the idea of creating the Bo Katan/Nite Owl traveller's cape from season 7 of TCW. I have not found any information about it except for a Lego kit  ;D Does anyone have suggestions on the fabric, the style (cape/cloak/poncho) it is?
