So I am finally ready to start building my armor.

Before I start putting it onto sintra I want to make sure my sizing is about right. I know not great pic but I hope it gets what I need across.

Looking good !  I really like the modified galaxie just a suggestion, for your next pictures you could put black construction paper under your helmets visor temporarily for your photos.  Do you know what colors you are painting it?

Initial dry fit of most of the torso armor! Discovered we have to adjust shoulders for better movement.

Like you mentioned with the shoulders - you may want to drop them down a little bit and also either trim the top portion of the shoulders or the edge of the backplate down a little bit

I agree with Fenn, you'll want to make sure those armor pieces do not touch each other.

For the seem on the chest plates, you can get a nice smooth finish by filling it with Bondo or something similar then sanding it down.
