This tread used to be just about my flak vest but now i expand it to all soft parts.

Just started sewing a new flak vest. This time it’s made in 4mm black leather with panels in undyed leather and Brown-ish quilted fabric.

That is gonna be blooming heavy, but is going to be a gorgeous piece of kit when done.

I’m kind of used to lugging around body armour with ak stoppers so not afraid  of some weight

Update: jacket, pants, soft cod (thick leather) and holster belt. No holsters so far but my thought is to make it modular using chicago screws to fasten whatever holster i make.
