Today I worked on my neck seal for flak vesta and it was a big lesson for me to learn from mistakes.

I start to work and painting step on my dagger.

Now I start to work on my belt.

And I made a mock-up for a dagger scabbard.

I made a test with girth belt and my lates leather belt with pouches and it works ok.
The belt it is not fixit and a have a bronze piece from where I can detash some parts to take out my pouches and must paint that belt in some brown colors.
I think it was a good idea to have a back-up to can open this belt from 2 places and to can upgrade in time.

After that I draw my scabberd pattern on a leather and cut it and made this build works on my dagger.
Small advice: It is always good to make a mock up before make a piece for a costume like this.

Also, belts looking pretty good.
The only thing wrong I see is that per the CRLs, Parachute Clips need to be painted and weathered to appear metallic, but that should be a super easy fix.

Thank you so much for your advice @Aratris. It is a big help for me to have this information. It is my first build and i never work with sintra, leather or on a sewing machine.
I try to modify that clip to integrate much more in this style - costume.

Hello again from Romania.
This evening I done two pouches for my belt.
One is made it to put my phone inside and second to put my voice amplifier.
I made a few holes for a better sound.

1st So, I start with a black or very dark brown layer base.

2nd After that I put a layer of brown and tapped with a piece of cotton (make up piece).



3rd  i use I light brown and paint only in place where wear can appera in time. Same use a piece of cotton
4th can use a 120 sandgrid paper and gently push in places you want scratches or you want to see some wear of that piece

5th I put a little of nivea cream at the and to make the leather smooth
