Would this kind texture work on Fenn Rau flight suit sleeves?

The stitching perhaps but the material is wrong.

yeah. I was thinking of the stiching part. Rest of the suit regular, but the ”ribbed pattern” part on the sleeves. could I get confirm that leather with similar ”panels” stitched on it.

If you need official word you should ask your Ruus'alor, and if they aren't sure then put in a Q&A ticket. Canon builds are very exacting.
