I can only find coveralls, not a 2 piece painters outfit. I also saw on the cross that you can have a short sleeve flight suit. How could I make a 2 piece look like a 1 piece. also how do others use the restroom when fully kitted up.

A two-piece looks like a one-piece when they're the same colour, the same fabric. Your waist is completely covered in all kits so the fabric is the indication.
You can wear a long sleeved something under the fightsuit, you can use a second pair of pants to make sleeves...
