Since it's a fan-made emblem that belongs in another Fandom, it wouldn't be acceptable on a kit. That would be like taking a fan-made logo for something from Pokémon, Halo or Lord of the Rings and applying it here. Granted, I've never seen My Little Pony, but others who enjoy the Fandom would recognize it.

You can always sand it off and repaint the area. Trust me, much more challenging fixes have had to be made.

Now another option is that you can significantly modify it to see if we can make that passable. IE invert it and add more to it? I know you've removed the wings, but the body portion still remains. Maybe come up with some sketches of ways to alter it a bit more?

I'm right there with you – I’d love to incorporate the maze part of the Levantine Assassin symbol on my beskad, and it’s obscure enough that I don’t think casual members of the Assassin's Creed fandom would even notice! But in the end, someone somewhere could recognize it as "not Star Wars", which would break character for an official kit.

But Kurshi has the right idea, I’ve been thinking about how to discreetly incorporate a derivative of it. It’s a neat exercise to think of ways to incorporate your inspirations into your kit, but still have it look swarzy. There's lots of room for creativity!

The first change I would make is to remove the “candle” from the center of the sigil. Then, perhaps, replace it with a stylized sword, Beskad, Kal dagger, or something similar, or even with a mythosaur skull. The basic rule of thumb for any “derivative” designs, is to have at least two major differences from the original.
