Here is a test fit of what I have completed so far (WIP-please see final comment for my full to-do list)

1. Full body shot of what is currently completed
2. Added padding to shoulders taken after full body shot
3. the beginnings of the belt being patterned. We noticed that the measurements most people are stating to do at 3.5" overall is much too wide of a belt. I purchased the JJ Industries hardware kit and I am 5'6.5" with measurements similar to Katee in the bust, hips and waist only varying by about an inch in different directions. This photo, the belt size is 3" which seems about right. The hardware will probably be scaled to large on me.

I have begun finishing and painting my 3-D printed jetpack and currently have a base layer of silver on it. Waiting for this to cure for a while before I begin to add the blue sections, the orange triangles, and then weather.

To do:
Make ribbed turtleneck (mine will be black because this is before we saw that it's blue from the display)
Add leather straps/trim to shins, gauntlets, and backplate
Finish Velcro attachment for backplate, knees and cod piece
Add two front seams and take in undershirt
Pad Helmet
Finish Painting Jetpack
Rig jetpack to backplate
Obtain commissioned belt and holsters
Remake shoulder straps to be correct length
Finish blasters

Those pieces look amazing!!!

Can you explain a little bit more in detail how you painted the Chest, thighs and pelvic armor?

That's the best paint job of those pieces, I've seen so far.

Hi there, sorry for the long reply, I took quite a bit of a hiatus working on this over the last few months and wasn't checking my replies.

If you go back to some of my process photos I posted, it will help show what I'm explaining.
Steps were:
1) Base layer of automotive grade primer
2) Montana Gold Silver Chrome (waited for the paint to cure for longer than a week before moving on)
3) masking fluid where main weathering points are
4) Lightly dusted Montana Gold shock black
5) Remove masking fluid
6) Lightly sand in a vertical direction
7) Airbrush Alumiluster
8) watered down black acrylic for a wash over top. Immediately spray rubbing alcohol. Dab with an automotive grade paper towel.
9) Add chrome highlights back to necessary areas and add more chrome scraping lines.
