It's great to see all those pieces together, unfinished or not.

I also started with the vest, so I checked some pictures of the leather patch on the shoulder. I found another picture of the patch, where you can see the backside of the patch better. There I counted some more lines.

Thanks for this! It was hard to tell in the shots I had. I ended up making 17 total lines on my vest, because stitching at 1/4" spacing ended up working that way. I think it's the only main thing "off" so far on my vest, so I accepted it.

I have finally made some progress and I've had some help by Wynot Studios to paint the chrome parts of my armor!
Paints:
Montana Gold Silver chrome base
Montana Gold Shock black for the second layer
Alumaluster for the third layer
Black acrylic paint with alcohol spray for weathering layer

I'm glad you made the chest diamond brighter in appearance as that is something a lot of people have been missing in the WIPs I have seen.

This weekend I got the weathering and details on the blue armor pieces done!
Base color: Montana Gold Blue Magic
Used acrylic pants in Black, Grey, Silver, and a custom blue for weathering
Montana Gold shock white and shock black for own sigils.

OH! I think you have me confused with someone else! I was not at C2E2 (I have never been) and my kit is also not completed or wearable yet! There must be another Aly dressed as Bo Katan! But I appreciate your kind words!

Can you explain a little bit more in detail how you painted the Chest, thighs and pelvic armor?

That's the best paint job of those pieces, I've seen so far.

I have a massive update that I'm behind on, so I'm going to be uploading progress in a few sections 
I got my helmet fully painted and really loving how this came out!

I have made some modification's to my soft parts that needed to happen due to previous sloppiness and fit.

1. On my hand plates I painted the pleather trim section brown since the mold of mine had it already on there, tried to custom mix it to match the trim on the rest of the costume.
2. I weathered my soft parts and also took in my vest at the waist a lot for a better fit.
3. I redid the back pleather panel on the collar to be cleaner. (This was prior to seeing the display that there is a strip of the grey twill on the bottom of this section). I also replaced the gold metal zipper my commissioner used on the undershirt to a longer invisible zipper. Now I can get in and out of it much easier and it's a bit more screen accurate. This is also another angle of the new fit of my vest.
4. I added a gusset into the crotch of my pants because the commissioner made my pants fit WAY too tight there. Much more comfortable and closer to screen accurate in fit now.
