Hello there! I was curious about the Legacy flak vest. Is the design the same as the regular Modern Era flak vests?

Yes you can use the same design as the Modern Era. I also believe you can use the P.I. Era vest as well, but I am not an OM or on the App team, so I am not entirely sure about the P.I. Era vests so take that part with a grain of salt.
