Pack looks nice, just be careful caring around those sharps. Aden could probably give the exact wording of the law, but if you don't have a reason to have them (Being an EMT, Diabetic or enrolled in medical coarse that require them, ect.) they can be classified as drug paraphernalia. Not really sure how security at cons would look at them either. But besides that, might want to make a hyprospray looking device to add to your collection there. Oh and is it watter or a gel that you used for the "Bacta"?

Another cool, quick and dirty glow effect can be achieved with UV bulbs or LEDs and tonic water.Plus you can drink it if you're thirsty while trooping.

I am actually in the process of designing a pack that will hold "bacta" that glows in the dark and bubbles. Now this wont be able to be drank but it sure will look cool. I will be getting the parts for it this friday if I finish the design
