Question - Double Kamma and Half Shoulder Concept

I have a question about:

Greeting.

I would like to ask the possibility of having a dual kamma which consist of inner and outer kamma and also dual half shoulder cape as attached to the concept art below. The half shoulder cape is a mix between Dryden Vos half shoulder cape while having the length of the cape worn by Lando in the Solo The Star Wars Stories.

Double capes and Kamas are okay as long as they still meet the CRL's for Star Wars aesthetics, length and circumference, and consistent weathering.
