Ideas on how to add a voice amp
« on: Nov 16, 2021, 05:22 AM »
I have a voice amp hidden in the back of my belt, under mantle, but the sound is too low since it comes from the back. Any idea for adding it in the front side, but blended with the rest of the armor?

Thanks!

Check out Aster's solution. The disguise is a pretty good one and it makes for a swarzy prop as well. Clip that on your belt and it looks like a comms unit (which I guess it is, sorta)

A cloth pouch might also work, it would certainly cut the noise less than a leather one, and look better than punching holes in a pouch.

Really cool! Thank you so much!

I guess I should have mentioned that mine is a cloth pouch. It is not too bad.

My amp pouch is a thin leather but I think you can do the same idea with a cloth pouch.
I cut an area around speaker and added some mesh screen.
