Before asking questions, we ask that you
please consult with your Ruus'alor Sol'yce as they are able to answer most of your costume related questions. If they are unsure of the answer, please read the

Approval Team Q&A Frequently Asked Questions. In addition we strongly recommend perusing most recent page or two of questions to see if maybe someone else had the same question as you recently.
Please note that the Mandalorian Q&A Team does not speak for the Brigades Team, Supply Team, Education Team, etc. We can only answer questions that relate to the CRLs, construction, or basic armor approval. If your question is about any of these other teams, please direct your question to the appropriate team.
If you have already done the above and have not had your question answered, then you are in the right place! We would be happy to answer your question. Please be aware however that our standard turn around time is approximately 3 days, and sometimes as long as a week. In rare occassions special circumstances may cause the process to take longer than normal, but in such cases we will endevor to reach out to you so that you do not think your question has been forgotten.
Here is a few things you can do to speed up the process and ensure you get the most accurate answer possible:
- Ask your question succinctly. Questions often get lost in long walls of text, making it difficult to answer your question accurately.
- Include pictures. A picture is worth a thousand words, as they say. If we feel we need more details than can be gleaned from your question we will ask for pictures to try to illustrate the question.
When posting your question, please only post pictures in the boxes provided, do not include BBCode, and make sure it is the full image link. Please also make sure to use an image hosting site such as imgure. Ex:
https://i.imgur.com/image.jpgIf you include the BBCode ([img]), post pictures outside the provided boxes, or post a link without the .jpg, .png, etc at the end, the image will not appear correctly and could even be completely deleted by the form (this is something outside of our control). In such cases we will message you directly here on the forums for new pictures, and will be unable to answer your question until pictures have been received.
