Can I get some help with my Bucket Comms?

Hi everybody!
I need some help. My helmet got set aside for a bit do to life.
An now I can get back at it.  I have a Velleman, Inc Super Stereo Ear kit I am putting together for a external sound. My problem is I have to much static coming from the mics so I was thinking about integrating a adafruit Electret Microphone Amplifier - MAX4466 with Adjustable Gain in to it.
My problem is I don't know we're to hom up the poles for the mics. Can some one help me? MAX4466 mic has three hook ups.
As seen in reference image below.
The board for the Super Stereo Ear only has a pos and neg hook up for the mics. I Have the are circled in picture below.
How would I go about wiring this up?
