Small Thruster Pack Idea

I was at celebration over the weekend and my friend took a picture of this Mando. I don't know whether or not he's an OM, but I loved the small thruster pack on his lower back and am considering doing one myself, possibly in conjunction with a set of recessed thruster ports integrated into my backplate. Would a design like this be approvable?
