Need some tips on measurements for a correct helmet fit. My worse fear is having a Helmet look like a bobble head lol.

Keep in mind: heads are not perfect circles. Circumference alone does not guarantee a good fit. Check your head width including ears, length including nose, and height including chin. Allow for padding when/if you adjust in every dimension; a little bit too big is a lot easier to correct than too small.

If you are printing, slice out key portions about 1/8" / 3mm thick and print them flat  - they are usually referred to as sizing rings. Cut where the cheeks are narrowest, the brow band, the top of the dome front to back and side to side. If you are good at re-working files you can make a "cage" out of the key dimensions and get an idea of where potential pinch points might be.

As far as the bobble - you can work with the shoulder armor a bit to keep the proportions looking correct, so get a lid that fits your head comfortably first, and then adjust the rest of your kit to make it look 'right'.
