Mission Objective: To participate in Charity Blast-A-Trooper and to expand recruitment to MMCC
Event Report: The members of Haaranovor Clan, along with The Alabama Garrison of the 501st, and Tranquility Base of the Rebel Legion came together to entertain con goers at the Alabama Comic Convention. During the Two day event members took turns showing kids and adults the joys of Blasting Stormtroopers with Nerf guns, or demonstrating the strength of beskar armor as it deflects nerf darts, all the while collecting donations for Child Care Resources of Alabama. When not participating in Blast-A-Trooper members of the Clubs spoke to con goers about what it is to be a member of the Star Wars Costume Clubs and how to become a member. These recruitment activities included a participating in a Meet the Star Wars Costume Clubs panel. Thanks to peoples love of Star Wars and their generous giving nature much fun was had by all participants of Alabama Comic Con.
