Question - Is this weapon approvable?
« on: Nov 15, 2022, 08:51 PM »
I have a question about:

Hi, I'm thinking of weapons that I want to use on my kit. I'm leaning towards a more legacy/modern based build. I have a training longsword that I've been using, and I really like the look and feel of it, but I'm not sure if it's approvable for use. If I could get a clear yes or no, or suggestions to make it in-universe that would be awesome. Thanks!

--note-- I'm already planning on redyeing the leather to remove the silver that got onto it, and planning to re-paint the crossguard.

based on the pics provided, the sword would need to be heavily modified to fit to a more in-universe look, I have provided a link of what a mandalorian beskad looks like

https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Beskad/Legends

I think the goal should be to come up with a design that fits the aesthetics and see if you can implement that to your current weapon.
