Small update: 

I got in my boot spikes and I removed/ covered the logos and added some accent dying to add some interest to them. I still need to sand the filler on the spike screws, then paint them.

I'm still currently lacking the gloves that I ordered.  Long story....gotta love Etsy sometimes.  I'm beginning to formulate my backup plan.  Would these work?  I'm okay with possibly modifying some,  I just don't trust myself to make gloves from scratch yet.  :laugh:

I would imagine those would be fine but personally, I would go with something that has a little more 'depth' to to like these. Slap some patches on them like PrePro Boba and good to go.

They tuck nicely under gauntlets.

These are the ones I would recommended myself, I use them on all my kits and they would go well with the protector.

Sounds good.  I found similar in gray from a different seller, but functionally the same.  If my Etsy debaucle doesn't work out in my favor I will get these on the way.  The gloves should be the last thing I need to get in my possession, the rest is just the details.
