The concept for Vandex is that he's a Late Crusader who has a talent for droid work and circuitry. He spends a majority of his time in-between bounties salvaging droid parts from wreckages and shops and repurposing them into new droids to either sell or assist him with his ship/daily life.  The goal after approval will be droid hunter brigade.

Here is the guide for posting images.  You were super close in how you placed the image link just use the 'mona' lisa icon and make sure to use a jpeg url, review the guide and then you'll be set.  A whole lot easier to see your image rather than following an external link.

This is a great start to take a look at.  Your helmet looks awesome and fits the crusader era very well.  I like black and blue concept you have going for your whole kit.



  I am worried about your chest plates.  They appear to be post imperial chest plates, they will need to be modified to be from the crusader era time period.  I know the CRLs currently say no modern armor to be used, this would also mean post imperial.  Basically when you look at the time period of this crusader era you can only use armor, weapons, helmets, etc found in that era and nothing that comes after.  You could trim the plate to fit more of one of the reference images below and then add a large hose from front to back plates to help fit this era.  See a couple of examples of different chest plates below:

The ab plate will need to be trimmed to look like the crusader era and your concept image (above).  Your back plate will also need to be trimmed to fit more in the crusader era and less modern era looking.  Also reminder the diamond (first image above) does not appear on any references for the crusader time period and should look like your third image in the post from today w/o the diamond.  Here are some references to Crusader Era armor plates with chest, ab, shoulders, etc.  Highly recommend using references when finishing up your kit.

What material is your kama and loin cloth made of?  Your gauntlets look correct and do not look like modern or PI era.  You've got a solid start Vod, I look forward to what you come up with to turn your current kit into an excellent crusader kit.

the chest piece and ab fits crusader as i removed the diamond (talked it all over with our ruus) and silver diamond was a necklace that was handed out. I made the loincloth and kama out of a pleather like material tho and ill find the images but i have some without hoses and diamonds etc

Thanks for the clarity on the necklace.  I could not tell on my phone but can now see on my computer it is just  necklace over the top of your chest plates.  Awesome to the loin cloth and kama material made of pleather.  That fits in the era well.

The chest plate is a direct post imperial (PI) chest plate with the only mod being the chest diamond area has been removed.  You will need to do additional modification to make it not a PI chest plate.



My suggestion would be to add a cover over the top of those two horizontal lines.  It is roughly the area where a hose would connect.  Make it look like a connection point (you don't necessarily need to add a hose from your back apparatus to the front), this look would help fit the crusader era armor references.

I also suggest trimming as seen in red lines below.  The top just straight across like reference images instead of the current which is PI.  The bottom of the chest plate has different angles than the PI plate and additional trimming will help make it look more crusader.  You can also add layering of sintra over the top to build it up and make it have more dimension to your chest and ab plates.



For your backplate, you'll need to do some trimming and with your back apparatus is won't need to be much.  Basically make it look like it is not a jango/boba modern backplate.
