We are seeking one customer service representative to handle the Supply team email. This person would be required to go through the Marketplace training. They will monitor the Supply Team email and answer any that come in.
We are also seeking one or more people to help with BigCommerce and ShipStation. They would also be required to go through the Marketplace training. These positions would be to help with back end work.
Confidentiality is paramount with these positions, as they all deal with personal identification information. We will be highly selective with who can fill these roles.
You must be an Official Member and in good standing.
