How to submit a Tutorial through the Ed Team Q&A submission form
Using the following Helpdesk System guide please submit your member created tutorial via helpdesk in the following format.


Using the standard left alignment of all text and be sure to bold step numbers.
  • Bold and Underline Title of guide
  • Author of tutorial including forum link to profile

An example below:

Welcome to the Education Team's Tutorial, Guide formatting and layout overhaul.  In this document we'll be hashing out what we think about how to alter the look of the tutorials.

  • A computer or mobile device with internet connectivity
  • A fresh viewpoint
  • Eagerness to contribute

  • ideas and motivation

Step one, or other suitable designation

We have an idea for a tutorial, and now we're just trying to hash out the format/layout we want to use.

For pictures, centering them has been proposed, and looks nice.


You'll need an image hoster; the one on the forum works great for our purposes

Step two, or next sequential number

Pretty basic stuff.  The idea we're going for is keeping it fairly simple and clean.



Wrapping up/In Conclusion/summary if appropriate

Final thoughts/advice/cautions/amusing anecdotes/whatever go here.
