The Treasury Team is looking for Official Members to assist with various forms of the Club's financial record keeping. Since you may potentially be seeing sensitive, financial information, applicants must be Official Members who are in good standing with the Club. Because of the nature of the work conducted, there will be a zero tolerance policy regarding the sharing of certain information outside of their respective board spaces.
***We are looking for at least one individual with experience as a CPA.***
We will also need individuals who are willing to help with the following:
- sort and organize income and expense reports
- resolve Helpdesk tickets if assigned to them
- research and compile information on various financial options and opportunities as they present themselves
- work closely with other Teams and Club members to improve or create financial policies
Though it is not required, it would be beneficial to have experience with:
- Excel and Google doc sheets
- financial management
- accounting services
