I have a question about:

Would I be allowed to have horns on my helmet? I want to build a helmet that looks like the attached image (ignore the rest of the design, it's outdated). I'd be open to altering the horns to be flat like Gar Saxon and the other super commandos, but I'd really prefer to keep them round-ish

Currently the CRL states "Animal horns attached to helmets or armor will be closely scrutinized for public safety and the proper Star Wars/Mandalorian armor era aesthetic on a case by case basis."

Given the sketchup you have provided, those are likely to be acceptable. Please ensure you keep your local Ruus'alore involved as you go through your build to ensure safety is compliant.
