Supplies needed- Two sections of 3ft (93.345 cm) long 3/4in(19mm) pipe. Main Body sections.
- Two 3/4in (19mm) end caps
- Two 1/2in (12.7mm) end caps
- One section of 1ft(32.385cm) long 1/2in(12.7mm) pipe
- Four 3/4in (19mm) couplers.
- pvc cement
- paint
- handle wrap of choice
- Tools to cut pvc
- sandpaper various grits
Step 1Take your 1/2in (12.7mm) pipe and mark down from one end about 2in (5cm) and cut it off.

Step 2Glue 2in(5cm) section into one of the 1/2in(12.7mm) end caps.
Step 3Sand the exposed section of the 1/2in(12.7mm) pipe so it will fit into the 3/4in(19mm) pipe.
Step 4Apply glue to either the inside of the 3/4in(19mm) pipe or the outside of the 1/2in(12.7mm) pipe, then press the 1/2in(12.7mm) pipe into the 3/4in(19mm) as far as you can.
Step 5Now working with the other end of the 3/4in(19mm) pipe mark down 6 1/4in(15.875cm) and 8in(20.955cm). Set the pipe aside for a couple of minutes and have some coffee.
Step 6Pick up 1 of the 3/4in (19mm) couplers. see the ridge on the inside? It needs to go away. You will also need to lightly sand the entire inside of the coupler so it slides somewhat snuggly down the 3/4in(19mm) pipe.

Step 7Once you have it sanded, slide it down the pipe so it is past the 8in(20.955cm) mark.
Step 8Apply glue between your marks all the way around the pipe and slide the coupler down to your 6 1/4in(15.875cm) mark.
Step 9Take another 3/4in(19mm) coupler (do not sand this one) and glue it to the end of your pipe.
Step 10Grab one of the 3/4in(19mm) end caps and glue it to the end of extra piece of 3/4in(19mm) pipe.
Step 11Cut it off the 3/4in(19mm) pipe but leave about a 1in(25.4mm) section of the pipe.
Step 12Glue that into the end coupler, Pressing it as far as you can.
Step 13Sand off the writing and ridges.
Repeat all of the above steps and you will have a set of bases for your fighting sticks/stun batons.
Step 14Body filler and Paint.

Handle WrapStep 1Make a Clove Hitch Make sure you set your working end (the end that you will continue to tie knots with) to your right.

Step twoMake a loop around the handle making sure the working end is tucked inside (this is how the spiral is formed.)
Step 3Pull the working end tight as you work the loop down the handle to you clove hitch.

Step 4Once there pull as tight as you can and repeat step until you get to the desired length. To secure it in place at the end I applied some super glue to the paracord right under my last knot and laid my working end over the glue. Once that dried I cut the excess off and used a lighter to melt end, with a leather glove on while it was still burning I pressed the end down smooth. I did the same thing to the tail (non-working end) at the base of my wrap.
