Question - PI Armour - Cod piece
« on: May 18, 2023, 04:11 AM »
I have a question about:

Hiya folks!

I appreciate that cod pieces are not a requirement for one of the two options for PI lower armour, but is this (the Bo Katan, image taken from this forum) acceptable for the cod & knees option?

If yes:
Does it need to conform to the current "top edge under waist item" requirement.

Can it be secured to the lower emerging part of an apron, still covered by a waist item.

Can it be secured to the lower emerging part of an apron, with the top not covered by a waist item.

Thank you for your time!

Hey there!

Currently the plate that is under the front waist item, is not considered a cod plate, and does not count as a lower armor item.
Quote
- If a codpiece is used, it must be fitted/shaped/proportionate to the wearer. Flat plates will be denied.
- If a codpiece is used, the top edge must be fully covered by an accepted waist item.

A PI Codplate that would be approvable is the Paz Vizla codplate. Just make sure the codplate is proportionate to the wearer!

I hope this answers your question!
