So, I got a sash and all now. My question is, is it a problem if the sash moves a little bit under the flak vest? Would work better with my body build. But I'm unsure if it's allowed

According to Crls

The vest must not extend past waist items. If the vest is covered by one or more items, the flak vest must be pulled taut and not bunch up at the waist

Sash can go over the flak vest, but can't touch ab plate.
