Would a Backpack be approved in lieu of a backplate for Post Imperial CRLs?

Hi SapphicDragoness,

Currently at this time for PI builds, a back pack in lieu of a backplate would not be approvable.
A hard backplate is required, even if a cape is worn, or in lieu of a backplate you may have a jetpack.
