Figured I would make a new WIP thread for my next project.

Finally decided to start on a second kit, and no, it won't be modern (again). I just can't help myself. This time around I'm going to try and tackle none other than Mandalore the Ultimate.

So far I've only started work on the mask, instead of purchasing one of the readily available kits, I decided to build one out of sintra, which will be the approach for the entire character as per my last approved kit.

There's still a lot of refining to do. Primarily on the ridges around the visor, some filling and sanding here and there, and then of course the painting; which I'll probably leave for last to keep it all consistent.

The only thing I'm still not sure about is wether to make the Mythosaur-style axe, or the heavy blaster, but knowing myself I'll probably end up doing both.

I'll try to keep this thread up to date as often as I can. Any help, tips or information is more than welcome!

"Small" update-

After some back and forth with my local Ruus'alor (Dac'Gar Ordo/Pablo) and the app team I decided I'll be using this wonderful piece of Legends art by Terese Nielsen as my main reference for the entire build. Mainly because it's one of the most detailed interpretations of the character, and it also looks incredible.

I've started work on his Heavy Blaster as well, and after a couple of days of work finished the base of it, also out of PVC and sintra. I took a few artistic liberties on the build, mainly the tube on the bottom, for my own comfort. Now onto sanding and filling the gaps. I've also added a picture that shows the blaster at a better angle that I also used as reference.
