Gold colour achieved with Rub-B-Buff Antique gold
Sealed with Halfords Gloss clearcoat
Weathered with Winsor & Newton, Brown water mixable oil paints
Horns coloured with pencil graphite rub
Visor is a shade 5 welding visor cut to shape and mounted with hot glue


Cold cast copper Kal Skirata helmet cast from Reyn Vok'Chi
Stalk is machined aluminium from Geoff Dymond on "the Shed of Glittering Delights" facebook page.
Clear RF topper from Syko Voss
Finished with halfords spray paints:

• Rover sandalwood beige
• Red primer
• Matte black
• Enamel copper
• Ford rio brown

Weathered with black acrylic paint buffed off with steel wool
Shade 5 welding visor mounted with hot glue

Custom cut visor design
Finished with matte black and grey spray paint.
Shade 5 welding visor mounted via countersunk bolts from the front of the helmet and holes filled with miliput

Painted with grey primer, Auto-Extreme white, and Halfords enamel Purple.
Weathered with Winsor & Newton, Brown & Black water mixable oil paints
Shade 5 welding visor mounted with machine screws glued to inside of the helmet

Dragon finished with citadel hand paints.
Finished with various miscelaneous spray paints

So I proudly present my Pre Vizsla TCW pep helmet. Its been half a year of sweat, blood and tears. But its finished and Im so happy!

My first Mandalorian helmet build.  I would love constructive criticism.  It is not exactly as I had imagined it.  I had some bleed over on the chroming process to parts that I did not intend to be chrome, so i had to make some compromises.... then the clear coat zapped some of the reflectiveness away.
