once my starkiller and my second mando rig is done i'll be making artus, or mandalore the vindicated, just wondering what CRL's he would come under?

The mandos in The Old Republic mmo have been brought up at least once before that I can think of. The problem with TOR is that the mandos depicted literally show at least one example of every era except early. There are neo-crusaders, crusaders and even modern-era kits shown. I'd probably call this fella in particular a late-era crusader kit, based on the look of the armor.

i did see they come up before bro...but i though as a named charecter that was mandalore, it would come under at least some kind of CRL

Slade hit it on the head. because of the era mixing of the game and the too date lack of other media canon references, there is no techinal era classification for TOR. Best bet is to use the nearest example era CRL. For the case of this character, he would likely be judged under the Late/KOTOR Era Crusader CRL.
