[Jango Nova]

Hey vode i just recently finished reading a KOTOR comic were Cassus Fett was mentioned and shown and i just like the way his armor looks so im going to give it a try. I have the helm mostly done and will try  to get pics of it up soon.

Looks like you've got a decent start on the bucket, though I'd suggest going much yellower with the hood...maybe even try to find some legit gold colored material. I've always felt Cassus's armor was supposed to be gold; yellow's just easier for them to draw. Good luck with the build.

Jango I'm glad you want to pursue this build however I think it may be a little too soon to start on your V2.0 kit let alone tackle a known character.  I really recommend you put Cassus on hold and do a major amount of planning for this build because if thought the critiques on "Jango Nova" were harsh at times, multiply them a thousand fold for an E.U. character.  Not trying to distract you from doing it, but I really think its too soon and you really need to do some hardcore planning and research to take this on.

This is true. EU chartacters a notoriously difficult characters to do. Even some of the Admins have had problems. Neo Crusaders have been tried by many, and all have met with road-blocks. Perhaps you should just focus on your current projects. Not knocking you, just warning you away from a dose of miserable-sauce.

After laborious discussion and research by about half a dozen to a dozen of us, (members of the approval team, those of us that fiddled with NC stuff and the mand'alore himself) we ended up coming to the conclusion that an NC bucket needed to be a hard-shell helmet with flexible fabric hood that fit close to the helmet and hung to the neck, and a separate face mask attached to the front. It's listed in the NC CRL. The whole of the discussion is still in the NC and Crusader child board, I think under Jaiden Turr'n Verda's helmet build. If you check that build out, it's pretty much the best route to go to get the helmet done properly.
