can i use my cowboy boots as mine they are super comfy and i think they could be ok and they will kinda cowbow mandoish

Would be best to show us a pic of them as there are many types of "cowboy" boots.  Some will work, others not so much.

I would have to say no they wouldn't to err on the side of caution.  However if the entire theme of your kit is to have a western them it may work so long as the whole kit "works together".

Is that a Logo in the middle on the front, and at the top at the side? if so then they would have to be covered or removed as per the CRLs.

I think it would be better to just buy new boots specifically for your Mandalorian. In order for those cowboy boots to look "in universe," you would have to cover them almost completely with plates (with the intention of hiding the fact that they are cowboy boots), to the point that it would be a lot less trouble for you to just go with different boots.

Those would likely be a better choice (if my quick google image search is accurate to what you named). The big thing is just making sure any laces or logos are covered up, if those kind of boots have either of those things.

Myself and a several other Mercs use Xelement motorcycle boots as they are super comfortable and priced right.  I've got the Xelement Advanced Dual Strap Leather Boots with Vibram Soles, very comfy and no need to "break them in".
