Demagol era bucket help..

I wasn't quite sure where to post this. I'm kicking around a non-Star Wars project, and the helmet for it is close to how Demagol's helmet looks. My major problem is I've a rather large skull. So most likely the one Forge Props dose wouldn't work for me. So any suggestions as to where to start on this project?
