well this is my first WIP here ... i started with an awsome supercommanod helemt from falin .... but when i tried to put it on there was no way my head was fitting into this.. exspecially with glasses.....so i had to cut out the cheeeks and rebuild them.... i noticed that if i didnt wear glasses i didnt need to cut out as much cheek .. but since there is no way n this galaxy or another can i wear contacts.. so another 1/4 inch of cheek line had to go.....
i used carboard to mock up the cheeks instead of sign material cause i wanted to resin it in with therest of it.. by mixing an extremely hot mix on carboard it actually bonds very well and seeps into the cardboard " i added several puncture holes to alow more seeping"....i have used this before on body kits that needed a little tlc and seemed to work and hold up at 150 mph so this should work as well....
once fully cured " as hot as i made it " it should be a matter of minutes.. ill let it cool to touch and then ill sand it ruffish and smooth it out with mondo.... i use stuff called chormolight its a light weigh bondo i love it way more than the regular name brand bondo...
