I'm pretty sure this may be in the wrong area for that i apologize if it is. As the title say i need some help going in the right direction so far my Fett style plates dont really like me as far as mounting so i was thinking of going with a different style any advise?

What the problem with them? Shape, size? Do you have any clan members near "Wolf Cave" that can help? If Fett plates simply won't work for you, and that is the case with some people, and you want to stay in the Modern Era, there's the Legacy armor as well.
