She knows =( sadly they were bought a while back. The post says they aren't officially banned till Aug 1st but would need some major mods to become official. We were going to work on that and hopefully get them to a place where they can become acceptable =]!

I know! I was so sad about that when Suna showed me that article, but what I am going to do is get it all done before August 1st (the cut off) become official and then make my way updating that armor out. I hate that I already bought it from them >-<

I'm pretty sure I have seen things like that on other peoples kits before.  I think it would look neat, and would go fairly well with your color scheme.

And one thing about the backplate, the bottom doesn't seem very symmetrical.  I may just be the picture, but i would go at the bottom left side and try to get that divot out.   Other then that though the top of the backplate and everything else is looking great!

Awesome, im excited to use it since like Mereel said it matches my color scheme, and doesn't have any tags/logos on it.

Whether it's CRL-passable or not, one thing to keep in mind with that Alice pack strapping/suspenders you have is that it's very recognizable in the real world as unmodified Alice pack strapping. Not sure I would recommend using it for that reason. Star Wars tends to be less cordura/nylon (with the exception of pilots) and more natural leathers when it comes to strapping accessories. This is getting down to aesthetics, though, I believe, so it's really up to you.

If it makes it any better, I will be using it to hold up my karma, so the only thing you will truly see is the front of it.

That's what I want! Its Suna and I's goal. However were getting stuck on a few things, but we will hopefully be able to overcome everything.

My schedule is a little bit tight.. the fact that I have 3 1/2 days off in a row for PortCon is
unheard of, but I think Vira's schedule is more open. I do know we are working on stuff this
Sunday, Thursday and I don't know after that XD.

I actually just got a response from someone, so I should have gaunts by the 17th at the latest. Now the biggest part is getting all my soft parts up-to-date which will be the easiest thing for me. (unlike the painting, which Suna will attest to that I suck, and not just a "Oh it didn't turn out quite how I imagined" but a "Wow, I hope I have enough sandpaper for this.")


Hopefully we both will be ready for the official title by PortCOn!
