I built this out of pvc pipe, 3mm sintra and air freshener tops. It took about a month to build working a few hours at a time.

Sure, just don't nearly cut your finger off like me.
materials:
empty 2 ltr bottle (dew works best)
2 24"x2" pvc pipe
1 36"x4" pvc pipe
1/2 sheet sintra (i used 3mm)
Rough form taped together. Measurements taken fronm my boba pack.
 
Pipes sitting in place in shell.
 
 
Bondoed seams, assembled with wood screws and epoxy, primed.

Almost forgot, you will also need 2 air freshners with pop up tops and 4 2" caps for the pipes.

Thanks for the compliments. I nearly sliced a finger off making the arena pack (blade got stuck so i forced it & it came loose....... right into the inside of my index ginget to the bone).

I guess you could say there is a little part of me in all my work. I also expiramented to see if i couuld build pre vizsla's thigh armor/holsters.
