I could probably just ask the guy I bought it from what's up, but the answer wouldn't matter to me that much because it won't change what I have.

I'm planning on fading it tomorrow by misting it (lightly and in a very controlled manner) with a bleach mixture. Hopefully it works.

Honestly, for ESB, it looks about right. Once it's weathered up it will be perfect. The vest should be nearly white and the flightsuit more blue. It was ROTJ that went to more greys.

Yeah it's just that I've seen ESBs with super blue flightsuits and I just don't like the look. If it's too blue I find it very distracting. I want it to read as a grey/blue. But yeah I understand the main point of your statement. I'm just being super anal about this costume

Double posting, but I wanted to show you guys what I did today!



It's still missing the Molex greeblies that go up on the scope mounts, but I'm in love with this rifle at the moment.
It's a shame I only have my phone camera right now... You'll just have to trust me when I say that the weathering is subtle.

Glad I found this thread just now- Great job on the EE-3! I think the color is good and you can pretty much bank on anything LSFU makes.

OK so I hope you guys aren't too sick of me talking about my flightsuit, but I finally got a base color I'm happy with!

I dunked it in color remover for like 30 seconds and stuck it in the dryer. This is the color I was after all along. I'm super relieved

Hey so I'm hoping to jump on some armor soon. I love RKDs stuff and I'm really hoping it'll fit right. I printed out the Large WOF templates and taped them onto my vest. (sorry for the cell phone pic, it's all I've got)


I compared to this picture and it seemed like a good match to me.


I'd love a second or third or fourth opinion before I commit.

I noticed that after I uploaded the pic. I remember lining it up perfect so maybe the paper is floating a bit, not sure.

I just went with Bobamaker to be on the safe size when it comes to armor. I didn't go IOA because I was worried it would be too big. However, your chest seems like RKD's IOA would be a good fit if you don't make it yourself.
