As to the material I do not know yet I'm trying to just figure out if this design will work and while I agree D is the coolest, how to make it though?

Check out Woodchuck. He makes a very similar SWTOR blaster out of sculpted MDF.

Other than that C is the next coolest by far.

There are a few (it takes a while to find them) people that have made armor similar to this. To my knowledge there isn't a Pep file out there for this armor, nor is there any patterns.

However since most armor covers the same area, there is always a base design. If you  haven't visited or heard of them go over to the 405th (a Halo armor forum) where they have a database of pep files. There are many low def pepakura files that you can use to as bases, or will actually fit the bill for what you want. I personally am doing this for my own late Crusader, and I know there are a few others that have done this as well.

As for the blasters... those really depend on what your preferences are. Are you going to make a holster? or just carry it around? if your going to have a holster, you might think about the design now, and how it's going to sit in it.

That being said... I think D looks earthy...

WoodChuck's pistol (I own one) is HUGE it measures around 22 inches long... I paid $135 for one pistol

Okay thank you I will go look over there, as to holsters and blasters I was thinking about looking into a DE-10 from Woodchuck or a pair of them depending on the price and I was thinking that for holsters I kinda want to do them in the small of my back because once I get finished I would like to try for the medic brigade if possible and have medic tools on my thighs.
